Software engineer turned product manager. 7+ years building digital products.
Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics and AI-powered automation.
About me
I've spent 7+ years turning ideas into things people actually use. I've worked across startups, product studios, hotel tech and international logistics. I've written code, prioritised roadmaps, done user interviews at 8am and shipped MVPs on a shoestring budget.
I don't use technology because it's trendy. I use it when it solves real problems. And when I apply it well, the results are concrete: I went from 40 hours of manual work per week to under 5. That's what impact looks like.
How I work
Human judgment makes the difference between producing results and reproducing noise. Especially when the tool is AI.
Zero to product
Discovery, prototyping, user validation and dev coordination. I've launched MVPs in weeks that would have taken months. With AI in the loop, the pace is something else entirely.
AI-native product thinking
I'm not a PM who "knows ChatGPT". I've integrated LLMs into real product workflows, designed automation systems that eliminated 35h/week of manual work, and I think about AI as a product lever from day one.
Technical product leadership
I'm a software engineer by training. I speak engineering's language, can review a PR when needed, and make product decisions grounded in real technical understanding. No classic PM–eng gap.
Data & decisions
Master's in BI & Big Data. I've built dashboards from scratch, defined North Star metrics and prioritised roadmaps with real data. No gut-feel without something to back it up.
By the numbers
years in digital product
From Software Engineer to PM at international SaaS companies. I've operated across every angle of product — technical, strategic and user-facing — which bridges the classic PM–engineering gap.
hours per week saved through automation
At The Hotels Network I designed and built an automation system that cut the team's manual workload from 40h to under 5h per week. I didn't delegate it — I built it.
external API integrations led end-to-end
From payment gateways and insurance providers to booking systems and logistics platforms. I own the full cycle: scoping, technical negotiation, implementation and monitoring.
products launched from zero to one
MVPs with real traction built from scratch at Minimum.run and Frogtek — from BI tools that generated revenue in their first month to apps adopted by enterprise clients.
